David is a Partner in the law firm of Sullivan Festeryga LLP. He concentrates his practice on insurance defence matters including motor vehicle injury claims, property losses, CGL issues and commercial host liability. David is a founding Committee member of the Mohawk College Private Investigations Credit Program.
David received his LL.B. in 1992 from the University of Windsor Law School. Prior to that he obtained a Bachelor of Science at the University of Western Ontario.
