Robert W. Young is certified by Ontario’s Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Citizenship and Immigration Law in both general immigration and refugee protection matters.
Rob offers a full range of Canadian immigration law services extending from corporate company transfers to Immigration hearings. Hamilton, Ontario is a major industrial center in the heart of Ontario’s “Golden Horseshoe”, just 70 kilometers from downtown Toronto.
Rob attended law school at the University of Western Ontario and was called to the bar in 1988.
Since 1991, Rob has written a regular column on Immigration Law issues for the Hamilton Law Association News Magazine. He has also been granted several awards from Hamilton region’s immigrant and refugee communities for his professional assistance.
Rob has appeared in all Courts and administrative tribunals which deal with immigration and refugee matters including the Immigration and Refugee Board, the Immigration Appeal Board and the Federal Court. He also practices in the area of Citizenship.
Rob represents clients in Canada and throughout the world.
